In 2026, we begin construction of our first Zero Energy Apartment block (www.heris.be)
This new apartment block consists of 15 energy-neutral homes.
Our concept combines proven technologies to deliver:
- Cost-efficient, high-quality homes
- Lower running costs
- Superior comfort
- About 50% reduction in CO₂ emissions compared to traditional brick and stone construction
- 3–6 months shorter build time
